Listing Terms and Conditions

LISTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible to have a "listing" displayed on MONEY.com.au. a business must:

• be part of the Australian Finance Industry. (If you are in any doubt please contact us before submitting a listing).

• have a physical presence in Australia. (An office or address for correspondence in Australia).

• have your website hosted in Australia. (If your website is not hosted in Australia, active external links from MONEY to your website will only be provided after review, consultation and with the approval of our staff).

• have at least one e-mail address.

• agree to correct any inaccurate material displayed in a "listing" promptly.

• not have a "listing" that contains content or links to racist, pornographic, misleading or deceptive material.

Web professionals please note that MONEY.com.au retains the right to optionally remove, disable and/or strip, ANY or ALL client-side tags from all text submitted or subsequently added while updating a listing. The use of client-side tags is only permitted with prior agreement. This includes but is not limited to HTML and Javascript Tags or Tokens from other languages.

At all times MONEY.com.au reserves the right to suspend listings not meeting acceptable standards. In the event of a dispute, MONEY.com.au will be the final arbiter of what content is deemed to be "acceptable" for display on the MONEY.com.au website.

LISTING PERIOD

MONEY.com.au will display the "listing" for 12 months following payment of the Annual Listing Fee.

At no time will MONEY.com.au Pty. Ltd. be liable for:

• refunds* for businesses that delete their "listing" or have it suspended before the renewal date of their listing.

MONEY.com.au Pty. Ltd. at no time, accepts LIABILITY for losses of any kind resulting from "listing" at the MONEY.com.au website.

At all times the TOTAL LIABILITY under any circumstance will be the value of the annual "Listing" fee.

* At all times MONEY.com.au reserves the right to determine if and when a partial or full refund will be made. MONEY.com.au reserves the right to amend any or all of the Listing Terms and Conditions at all times without notice.
