She specialises in personal finance, focusing on home loans (particularly, how to get the right mortgage and pay it off faster), savings, budgeting and investing. She also covers commercial lending, including strategies for securing the best rates on business loans. Megan is also a media spokesperson on consumer topics.

Background and experience
Before joining Money, Megan worked for some of Australia's largest comparison sites. She was previously an Editor at Canstar Blue where she managed the publication of Customer Awards spanning over 300 product categories. In addition, she was an Innovation Awards judge for appliances and consumer electronics.
Megan also worked for Compare the Market as a Senior Digital Writer, covering money, banking, and general insurance topics.
She was previously a journalist for News Corp and a media adviser on public economics. Megan regularly features on TV, radio and in print – sharing ways in which Australians can make their money go further.
