Debbie Hays is a Senior Mortgage Broker and Finance Specialist at Money.com.au, with over 25 years of experience in home loans and lending. Known for her warm, approachable style, Debbie takes the time to understand each client’s unique financial goals – a commitment that’s helped her build lasting, trusted relationships.

Debbie works closely with financial planners to align home loan structures with debt reduction and wealth creation strategies, always aiming to give clients clear guidance and confidence. Her dedication and expertise were recognised when she was named one of Mortgage Professional Australia’s Elite Women of 2024.

Before joining Money.com.au, Debbie held a variety of roles across the lending industry, including Senior Mortgage Broker, Finance Specialist, Credit Analyst and Client Services Manager. She has worked both independently and with organisations such as AusFirst Lending, North Brisbane Home Loans and Westpac. Debbie is a current member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
