Background and experience

Katey has decades of experience in financial services in Australia. She began her career at major bank, Westpac, where she progressed from teller through to the lending side of the business. After more than 15 years in banking, she moved into the mortgage broking industry, building a comprehensive skill set across every facet of the borrower journey.

Over the years, Katey has developed a deep, end-to-end understanding of the home loan process that few brokers can match. Her experience gives her the perfect blend of customer service skills and an ability to navigate the technical, credit and compliance requirements that sit behind every successful home loan application.
